Joyce Hart is a family nurse practitioner who started her nursing career in Norfolk, Virginia, in 2000. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Aspen University and her Masters from Herzing University. Throughout her graduate studies and time working as an RN, she developed a special interest in the management and quality of patient care and outcomes. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients to understand their health needs and goals, working collaboratively with each individual to create a personalized plan for achieving optimal health. For the past fifteen years, Joyce has volunteered with Florence Crittenton Services of North Carolina to help empower women and children combating trauma and poverty with education, housing, and medical care.
