Pregnancy Services
We use group care delivery to change how people think about their care. When you choose Centering Pregnancy for your prenatal care, you get to walk alongside a group of women throughout your pregnancy — learning and growing together every step of the way.
Services We Offer
Group Sessions
Your assigned group will participate in 2-hour sessions co-led by your provider and a nurse. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from other expecting mothers and share the joys and challenges of pregnancy.
Prenatal Care Tips
Learn how to enhance your prenatal care by recording your blood pressure and weight. We’ll discuss nutrition, common discomforts, breastfeeding, preparing for labor and delivery, newborn care, and the physical and emotional changes women experience during pregnancy.
Extended Provider Access
Individual prenatal care gives you an average of three hours with a provider throughout your pregnancy. With CenteringPregnancy, you get over 16 hours to learn, ask questions, and build community.
Partner Participation
Your partner or other support persons are welcome to get involved in your care. By learning with you as you prepare for parenthood, they’ll be better equipped to support you when CenterPregnancy ends.
Childcare
A dedicated North Central Family Medicine staff member will provide childcare while you attend CenteringPregnancy classes — so you can rest assured that your family is being cared for while you prepare for its newest member.
